Plymouth Support Group Network Event

Macmillan would like to support you in your valuable work to improve the lives of people affected by cancer, and as part of an ongoing program of work we’d now like to invite support group leaders to an event to talk about their work and share learning with other support group leaders – and to see whether there is interest to be part of developing a network of Plymouth based support groups.

At this event we’ll talk about:-

• Your experience of running a support group – your successes and your challenges.
• The idea of setting up a network, and what it could achieve.
• How we can support your voice and the voices of people living with cancer to be listened to and acted on.
• Sustaining and supporting the wellbeing of group leaders in their valuable work.
